Refund & Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or returns, however if there is an issue with your order please contact us and we will investigate the situation.  In order to investigate the situation, we require lot codes, order number and pictures of the issue.

All 3L Spawn bags are inspected and scrutinized for signs of contamination prior to being shipped. Due to the considerable amount of variables that can cause contamination during the process of making a tray, no replacements will be given without photo evidence of contamination in the bag prior to opening. Please contact us for further discussion if you suspect your 3L bag was contaminated prior to being shipped.
