The All American 941 is from a line of sterilizers that offer the safest method for home canning (or mushroom growing medium sterilization). Only All American sterilizers feature an exclusive, precision machined "Metal-to-Metal" sealing system. Positive action clamping locks align the cover to the base forming a steam tight seal. Because no gasket is involved, the cover is always easily opened and closed.

This unit has the capacity needed for preparing large quantities of mushroom spawn medium. The model 941 is an effective media sterilizer for the mushroom cultivator on a budget. Includes 2 cooking/canning racks and instruction & recipe book
